Welcome to a new era of proactive healthcare. By recording your daily health data from the comfort of your home, you are empowering your medical team with crucial insights needed to optimize your care plan.

Remote monitoring allows for earlier detection of health trends, reduces the need for unnecessary clinic visits, and gives you greater control over your personal health journey. This guide is designed to make the process simple, accurate, and secure.

Getting Started

Access the Portal

Navigate to meditag.com in your web browser. Click the "Login" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.

Secure Sign-In

Enter your registered email address and secure password. From the role selection dropdown, ensure you select "Patient" to access your personal health dashboard.

Navigate to Assessment

Once logged in, look at the left sidebar menu. Click on "Self Assessment".

Select Vitals Tile

On the dashboard, locate and click the Green Vitals Tile to begin recording your daily health data.

Vital Signs Recording

Body Temperature

Record your current body temperature. Select your preferred unit (°C or °F) from the dropdown.

Unit Normal Range
Celsius (°C) 36.1°C - 37.2°C
Fahrenheit (°F) 97°F - 99°F

Heart Rate

Measure your pulse (beats per minute) while resting.

Acceptable Input Range 20 - 250 BPM

Respiratory Rate

Count your breaths for one full minute.

Input Range 5 - 60 breaths/min

Oxygen Saturation

Use a pulse oximeter to measure your SpO2 percentage.

Input Range 50% - 100%

Blood Pressure

You can record multiple readings from different sites (Left/Right Arm, Left/Right Leg).

Body Measurements

Weight & Height

Accurate measurements are crucial for BMI calculation and tracking health progress.

BMI Calculation

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is automatically calculated once you enter your weight and height.

Underweight < 18.5
Normal weight 18.5 – 24.9
Overweight 25 – 29.9
Obesity 30 or greater

Blood Glucose Monitoring

Consistent glucose monitoring helps in managing diabetes and preventing complications. You can record three types of readings.

Type 1

Fasting Glucose

Taken after fasting for at least 8 hours (usually first thing in the morning).

Type 2

Postprandial

Taken 1 to 2 hours after the start of a meal.

Type 3

Random

Taken at any time of the day, regardless of when you last ate.

Understanding Units

We support both standard international units. mg/dL is commonly used in the USA, while mmol/L is standard in the UK, EU, and Canada.

TB Self-Assessment

GPS Location Requirement

This module requests your GPS location. This data is strictly confidential and is used solely to generate heatmaps for analyzing TB prevalence trends in your region, aiding public health interventions.

Tip: For the best accuracy, please complete this assessment while outdoors or near a window.
